You are expected to:

 

As Bar Supervisor you are given the responsibility of being the backbone of a bar, it is up to you to channel and drive the other bar staff to excel while ensuring the smooth operation of the bar. A good Bar Supervisor will be able to multitask and work at a high pace as part of a team and individually, a hospitality business relies on its service staff to keep up its reputation. Previous Bar experience is necessary.
