You are expected to:

 

Be the first face to greet the guests in the hotel, first impressions matter and it is your responsibility to present the hotel in the best light possible. Clear communication, confidence, and a drive to answer enquiries are essential in this role. A good knowledge of London and a finger on the pulse of the cities ever evolving culture are crucial to be successful in this role.
